Create a real custom block

The new block gets its own toolbox entry, typed input sockets, definition block, and argument reporter blocks.

Arguments Up to 8 typed inputs
Custom type names create separate Blockly socket types and compile as named 64-bit C typedefs. Use the generated “make TYPE from” block to create one.
